What we collect
Information you give us. If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number, the topic you choose, and your message. Please don't include medical details in the contact form. It isn't meant for health information.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data, such as your browser type, device, pages visited, how you arrived at our site, and general location (city or region). We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used. We don't use analytics or advertising tracking on our booking, intake, or video visit pages.
Cookies. We use cookies to make the site work and to measure traffic. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies with our cookie banner, or block cookies in your browser settings.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- answer your questions and follow up on your request
- run, secure, and improve the website
- understand which pages are useful

Booking, intake, and visits
When you book or receive care, you leave this website and use services we work with:
- Square, for scheduling and payment
- FormDr, for intake and consent forms
- Kareo/Tebra, for video visits
Each has its own privacy policy. Health information you enter in intake forms or share during a visit is part of your medical record and protected under HIPAA.
Text messages and calls
If you call or text us, we'll use your number to reply and to manage your care or appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts.
Children
This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them through the site.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information sent through this site. No website is completely secure, so please don't send health details through the contact form or email.
Your choices
