How much does it cost?

How does a video visit work?

  1. 1

Book and pay online and choose a time.

  2. 2

Complete your intake forms so Abby knows your history before the visit.

  3. 3

Join your video visit from your phone or computer at your appointment time.

If you need a prescription, Abby sends it to the pharmacy you choose.

When should I go in person instead?

Some problems need a hands-on exam, testing, or emergency care. Go to the ER or call 911 for chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke, severe pain, high fever with a stiff neck, a severe allergic reaction, or heavy bleeding. If Abby decides during your visit that you need in-person care, she'll tell you where to go.

Who can use Y-City Telemedicine?

Adults who are physically located in Ohio during the visit. We see patients across Ohio, from Zanesville and Columbus to Cleveland, Cincinnati, and everywhere in between.
