GLP-1 Weight Loss Program in Ohio
Y-City Telemedicine offers online medical weight loss programs for adults in Ohio, using compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide when they're medically appropriate. Programs last 3 months, starting at $200 per month, and include your visits with Abby Guirguis, APRN-CNP, a personalized plan, ongoing coaching, and medication shipped to your door.

How much does it cost?
Pricing starts at $200 per month. Each program covers 3 months and is paid in full up front. It's all-inclusive: visits, coaching, and medication are in the price.
We're self-pay only. We can provide an itemized receipt if you'd like to seek reimbursement from an HSA, FSA, or insurance plan.
What are semaglutide and tirzepatide?
They're GLP-1 medications, a type of weekly injection that helps reduce appetite and helps your body manage blood sugar. Semaglutide acts on the GLP-1 hormone pathway. Tirzepatide acts on both the GLP-1 and GIP pathways.
Who is a good fit?
GLP-1 medications may be an option for adults who have struggled to lose weight with diet and exercise alone and who meet medical guidelines. During your consult, Abby reviews your health history, current medications, and goals to decide if a GLP-1 is safe and appropriate for you.
GLP-1 medications are not safe for everyone. They're generally not used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or by people with certain thyroid cancers, a history of pancreatitis, or some other conditions. Abby will go over this with you.
What results can I expect?
Results vary from person to person. GLP-1 medications work best alongside changes to eating and activity, which is why coaching and a personal plan are part of every program. We don't promise a specific amount of weight loss.
What are the side effects?
The most common side effects are nausea, constipation, diarrhea, and decreased appetite, especially when starting or increasing a dose. Abby starts at a low dose and adjusts gradually. You can reach us with questions throughout your program.
